Our Team

Dr. Paul V. Caputo began his practice by carefully selecting professionals with experience, education, and equally important, personality! While he was looking for team members with significant knowledge, skill, and expertise in dentistry, he also sought out people who were friendly, amiable, and supported his philosophy for excellent dental care.

At a young age, Paul Caputo became interested in dentistry. After graduating from Northern Illinois University in Dekalb, he enrolled in the College of Dentistry at the University of Illinois, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1983. A few years later, he opened his current private practice in Naperville.

Since then, Dr. Caputo has continued to refine his skills and expertise at prominent dental institutions, such as the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. He has over 430 hours of continuing dental education that he maintains annually. The focus of his studies has been on new techniques in dentistry, such as adhesion dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, micro-air abrasion dentistry, and restoring dental implants.

Dr. Caputo is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Chicago Dental Society, the Illinois State Dental Society, and the Academy of Laser Dentistry. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his lovely wife and children.

Dr. Anthony Glorioso was also drawn to dentistry at an early age. After completing his undergraduate studies at the Illinois Benedictine College, Lisle Illinois, he attended the College of Dentistry at the University of Illinois, where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1997. In September of 1999, he joined Dr. Caputo as a full-time associate.

Like Dr. Caputo, Dr. Glorioso continually enhances his dental skills through advanced training. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Chicago Dental Society and Illinois State Dental Society. After hours, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their daughter and son.

Cari Hi! My name is Cari. I am a Patient Care Coordinator here at Dr. Caputo’s office. I have worked for Dr. Caputo since February of 2003. Some of my responsibilities include front desk operations, answering phones, scheduling appointments, conducting financial arrangements, filing insurance claims, and many “behind the scenes” tasks. I love what I do here and really enjoy working with a great team!

One of my greatest rewards is building relationships with our guests and helping them to achieve and maintain their personal dental health. It is very satisfying knowing that our guests leave our office with quality dental work.

My husband and I love Chicago, and attend as many Cubs and Bears games we can handle. I love to travel and I strive to visit my family in Florida whenever I have free time. I love the white sand beaches of Siesta Key, and if i'm lucky you can find me there every 4th of July celebrating with my family.

Susan Welcome! My name is Susan. I am one of your Patient Care Coordinators here at the office of Dr. Caputo and Dr. Glorioso.

I attended Northwestern Dental School for hygiene and completed my degree in business management from Northwestern University. I have been in the dental industry for over 20 years and in that time I have had the opportunity to wear several hats in the practices I been fortunate to work with. Most of my years have been focused on the oral surgery side of dentistry as a Surgical Assistant, Dental Implant Representative and Dental Implant Treatment Coordinator.

I'm elated to be a part of such a professional, respectful and fun-loving team. Each day my role not only consists of reserving appointments and coordinating insurance benefits but to also provide every patient we have the privilege to care for with the knowledge, encouragement and professionalism each individual deserves. I value the current philosophy and techniques we are able to provide our patients giving them the benefit of having the BEST overall oral health care possible.

I enjoy cooking and entertaining in my spare time. I have two lovely teenage daughters that keep me quite busy. We enjoy running together and taking advantage of our summer months with our family water skiing and soaking up the sun!

Carol My name is Carol. I graduated as a Registered Dental Hygienist with a Bachelor of Science degree from Loyola University in Chicago. Working as a dental hygienist, I take radiographs and provide dental cleanings, oral hygiene instruction, fluoride, and, most importantly, periodontal therapy. During my time on Dr. Caputo’s team, I have become certified in local anesthetic, nitrous oxide administration, and laser application. One of the things I love about our practice is the continuing education process; we have state-of-the-art equipment that provides our patients with the best possible dental care. The DIAGNOdent and VELscope are advancements used daily in our office.

Over the past 11 years, I have built a rapport and friendship with many of our patients; many of whom now look forward to their teeth cleaning. Our team tries to make every patient’s visit to the dentist a painless and pleasurable experience. I am very proud that we educate patients about their dental needs and deliver the excellent dental care they deserve. We are a very professional team that works well together while still managing to have fun.

If you can’t find me in my treatment room on Book Road, I may be traveling with my husband. We enjoy vacationing to warm climates with family and friends. Even though we will soon be “empty nesters” our four children still have a way of keeping us very busy.

Donna Hi! My name is Donna. I am one of the four Registered Dental Hygienists that works for Dr. Caputo's Naperville dental office. I have been with the practice since I moved to Naperville in the fall of 2003. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from Loyola University in Chicago and have been an RDH for almost 25 years. My career history in the dental field has included substituting as a Clinical instructor at Prairie State, attending continuing education courses, and following online study groups and blogs to keep current with the most recent technology. Most recently, our hygiene team completed dental laser certification.

I enjoy guiding patients toward optimal oral health. It has become increasingly evident that the mouth and body are connected. Good oral health improves the health of the whole body, particularly in patients with diabetes and heart disease. I educate patients about nutritional choices, effective plaque removal techniques, fluoride supplementation, and appropriate intervals for periodontal maintenance. It is very satisfying to see someone turn their oral health around with just some small changes.

You may see me around outside the office. I live just down the street in Penncross Knoll and have three sons who are very active in sports and music. When I leave the office, I am usually running to the soccer field, track, or some music program. If you wonder who the lady smiling and waving to you is, it might be me! Besides the boys’ activities, as a family we enjoy traveling, skiing, hiking, music, and spending time with friends and family.

Hi! My name is Savannah. I am the newest member of the Registered Dental Hygienist staff here at Dr. Caputos. I graduated from Southern Illinois University in 2009 with my Bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene. As your dental hygeniest I am commited to helping you keep your mouth happy and healthy. My goal is to assist your needs as a patient whether it is home care solutions, problematic areas in the mouth, and basic dental health education. In my chair you will receive the best care possible while still maintaining comfort. When I am not here at the office you can find me at two other dental offices. Another general dentist and a periodontal office. I keep busy with my family, friends and puppy Paisley. I cant wait to meet you and your family.

My name is Christine. I’ve been in the dental field for ten years and have worked with Dr. Caputo for three. I also work with Dr. Glorioso. I enjoy working here and helping patients achieve and maintain their perfect smile.

I continue to stay abreast of the most current technology by attending continuing education courses, including placing dental sealants and coronal polish for children’s teeth. One of my biggest accomplishments was when I participated in our mission trips to El Salvador to help those less fortunate.

Hello, my name is Elizabeth. I've had the pleasure of working as a registered dental assistant in the dental industry for over 12 years. In that time, I’ve become certified in coronal polishing and placing sealants from the University of Illinois. Some of my responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting both Dr. Glorioso and Dr. Caputo, taking digital radiographs, reviewing medical histories, comforting our patients through their treatment as well as offering patient education to improve the future of their oral health.

I live in Plainfield with my husband. We enjoy playing tennis, watching movies and working out. I also enjoy catering and entertaining in my spare time

I'm always seeking out ways to improve upon my dental experience by attending continuing education courses whenever possible.

Liz Hi! My name is Liz. Here at Dr. Caputo's office I am master of all trades behind the scenes! I do a little bit of everything. I am the one who cleans, restocks, and sets up each room before our guests arrive. I love working here... I have always wanted to go into the field of Dentistry, and since I've started working for Dr. Caputo and Dr. Glorioso I know for SURE that this is something I want to do with my life!

When I'm not pulling charts, answering phones, or confirming appointments; you can find me hanging out with my friends at places like Great America, or if I'm lucky at a Bears game! I have a passion for horseback riding, so when the weather is nice enough, I'm off to the barn!
